Pink Tourmaline is an interesting stone that possesses pyro-electricity property and is known to be the stone of creatives. Pink Tourmaline is also used to help stay balanced, stay focused especially during difficult situations, so it is not distracted by negative emotions. Thus it is a great stone to use to promote flexibility of thought and open-mindedness. It is also known as the heart-cleansing stone for deep wisdom and compassion. It comforts us and is useful for healing. Like other Tourmalines, it has pyroelectric quality, when it is heated it gains a static charge. Hence it is also nicknamed the "electric stone".
