Warranty

All the jewelleries from ILLUMI JEWEL will come with a basic 12 months warranty certificate when purchased.

ILLUMI JEWEL will replace faults free of charge up to 12 months from the original date of purchase for all of our jewelleries. Please retain your order confirmation/invoice or your warranty certificate if you are the gift recipient as the original proof of purchase. If a receipt/warranty is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The warranty offered on ILLUMI JEWEL products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.  

+ LOST OR STOLEN

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

+ REPAIR

If your ILLUMI JEWEL jewellery breaks within the warranty then we will repair the item, or replace it if it is not repairable.

If your ILLUMI JEWEL jewellery breaks outside the warranty, then please email us some pictures of the damage, we will assess if it is repairable, then you will be asked to send your jewellery for repair at a small cost. We advise all jewelleries must be sent through as traced and track post, and you must provide any details regards the delivery. ILLUMI JEWEL is not responsible for any jewelleries that is/are lost in transit, therefore we advise all customers to post their jewelleries back to us using a Tracked & Trace method.
